ECMI 2020 Postponed

We are very sad to announce that the 21st ECMI Conference on Industrial and Applied Mathematics (ECMI 2020) has been postponed due to Covid-19.

Provisional rescheduled dates are 21st – 25th of June, 2021 but these will be confirmed at a later date.

We will be reimbursing anyone who has paid the registration fee, a member of our conference and sports campus group will be in contact with those who have paid in the coming week.

Early Bird (until 23.59 GMT on 13th April 2020):

ECMI Member Early Bird - €440.00

ECMI Non Member Early Bird - €520.00

Student Early Bird - €290.00

Late Registration (from 00.00 GMT on 14th April 2020)

ECMI Member Late Registration - €520.00

ECMI Non Member Late Registration - €600.00

Student Late Registration - €370.00

One Day and Accompanying Persons:

One Day Registration - €220.00

Accompanying Person - €120.00

REGISTRATION FEES COVER

Registration fees cover: conference attendance, information material, proceedings e-book, lunches, coffee breaks and social events (welcome reception, and gala dinner).

Accommodation and the half-day sightseeing to Bunratty Castle and Folk Park tour are not included and can be added during registration

Please note that registration fees only allow one scientific paper presentation (oral or poster) per participant. Presentations are not allowed with the One Day Pass fee.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Registration is required in order to be admitted to the scientific program of the Congress. All participants must pay the registration fee and complete a registration form.
Registration is accepted on first come first serve basis newertheless registrations of ECMI members may prioritized in case of lack of spaces.

Anyone whose home institution is an Institutional member of ECMI qualifies for the ECMI Member

If your institution is not an Institutional member of ECMI you do not qualify for reduced registration and therefore you should register as a Non ECMI Member. By paying this full registration fee, you will be entitled to two years free membership of ECMI (usually this costs 70 euro). Further details about ECMI membership can be found here

Your registration officialy finalized only when payment has arrived to our account.
