MINISYMPOSIUM PROPOSALS

The standard format of a minisymposium is: 4 talks, each 25 minutes long (followed by 5 minutes for discussion).

Final deadline is 28 February.

Prospective organizers of minisymposia having an incomplete session with 3 talks are encouraged to contact the Scientific Committee in order to complete the session with an appropriate contributed talk.

To submit a minisymposium proposal, please provide the following details:

  • Title

  • Organizer(s)

  • Affiliation and Contact Information of the Organiser(s)

  • Short description (8 - 10 lines)

  • Motivation/Relevance to ECMI

  • Industrial area

  • Confirmed speakers so far (Name, affiliation, and gender (Male, Female, Non-binary))

  • Industrial participation

  • Consideration of gender diversity ( a minimum of  1 female speaker per session)

To proceed, you have to register in the ConfTool System and please, register also for the conference.

 

 

CONTRIBUTED TALKS

All participants interested in giving an oral presentation at the conference are invited to submit an abstract of maximum one page.

 

Deadline 13th March 2020.

The LaTeX template and the corresponding PDF file for the abstract of a talk can be downloaded from here.

By preparing your abstract, please follow these guidelines.

  • Do not modify the dimension and spacing of the template.

  • The maximum length including the references (if any) is one page.

  • Name the file with the first name, family name of the speaker and "ecmi2020" as shown in the template.

  • Optionally, you can insert a short note  of acknowledgement as shown in the commented lines.

To proceed, you have to register in the ConfTool System and please, register also for the conference.

 

POSTER PRESENTATION

All participants interested in giving a poster presentation at the conference are invited to submit an abstract of maximum one page.


Deadline 13th March 2020.
