The standard format of a minisymposium is: 4 talks, each 25 minutes long (followed by 5 minutes for discussion).

To submit a minisymposium proposal, please provide the following details:

• Title

• Organiser(s)

• Affiliation and Contact Information of the Organizer(s)

• Short description (8 - 10 lines)

• Relevance to ECMI

• Confirmed speakers so far (Name and affiliation)

• Industrial participation

• Gender balance

MINI-SYMPOSIUM TALKS/CONTRIBUTED TALKS / POSTERS

Tuesday 31st March 2020

All participants interested in giving an oral presentation at the conference are invited to submit an abstract of maximum one page before 31st March 2020.

The LaTeX template and the corresponding PDF file for the abstract of a talk can be downloaded from here.

By preparing your abstract, please follow these guidelines.

• Do not modify the dimension and spacing of the template.

• The maximum length including the references (if any) is one page.

• Name the file with the first name, family name of the speaker and "ecmi2020" as shown in the template.

• Optionally, you can insert a short note  of acknowledgement as shown in the commented lines

To proceed, please register your talk/poster in the ConfTool System.

• If submitting a mini-symposium talk, use the submission type “Mini-symposium Talks” and ensure that you select the mini-symposium you are a part of from the given list.

• If submitting a contributed talk, use the submission type "Contributed Talks", and you may select a mini-symposium to apply to, if you wish. See the list of mini-symposia here
