21ST ECMI CONFERENCE ON INDUSTRIAL AND APPLIED MATHEMATICS

 ECMI 2020 22-26th Jun 2020,

University of Limerick, Ireland

THE 21ST EUROPEAN CONFERENCE ON MATHEMATICS FOR INDUSTRY

22-26th June 2020, Limerick, Ireland

The series of European Consortium for Mathematics in Industry (ECMI) conferences are devoted to enforcing the interaction between academy and industry, leading to innovations in both fields. These events have attracted leading experts from business, science, and academia, and have promoted the application of novel mathematical technologies to industry. We hope that ECMI 2020 will further enhance multidisciplinary research and development both in academia and industry, leading to the formulation of challenging real-life problems, where mathematics may provide significant new insights and at the same time may be inspired by those interactions.

ECMI 2020  presents a valuable opportunity to build your brand position and increase brand awareness among thought leaders, prospective employees and peers by establishing a positive relationship with the Mathematics Applications Consortium for Science and Industry (MACSI) and ECMI.

Mathematics deliver significant social and economic impact across Ireland and Europe. Mathematical tools and techniques lie at the heart of numerous industries, ranging from financial services to manufacturing, underpin much of the technology used in big-data and industry 4.0. The world requires 21st century mathematics to create 21st century technologies, and from smart cities to personalised medicine, new mathematics will lie at the heart of every major innovation.

A mix of international and national speakers, delegates from across industry and academia from across Europe will attend the 21st ECMI Conference at the University of Limerick.
